DIGITAL UNIQUE ID
Each LŪRA bag has its own Unique Digital ID, accessible through a QR code assigned to the bag once it is produced. Inside the Digital ID, through our LŪRA App, you will be able to see the complete history of the bag including when and where it was made, and the origin and description of all the materials used to create it.

Our LŪRA signature packaging is included with every LURA product. Each bag comes in its own soft cotton dust bag placed inside a beautiful, minimal gift box. If you are sending a gift, we can also include a gift card with your personal message inside.

We will begin processing your order as soon as you have completed your payment. Each LŪRA bag is made to order one piece at a time and production of your bag will take approximately 6 weeks.
We sell our products in U.S. Dollars for orders in the United States and in Euros for all other countries.
All LŪRA bags come with their own cotton dust bag and are packaged in our beautiful signature gift box.

We offer complimentary shipping with an average delivery time of 6-8 working days.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has shipped. For security reasons, your purchases will require a signature upon delivery. Please check the number of boxes delivered and make sure that the package is not damaged in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy between the number of boxes delivered should be immediately indicated in writing on the courier’s delivery documents.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.
For orders shipped to the United States and within the EU, all duties and taxes are paid in full by LŪRA. For all other countries, duties and taxes will be charged directly to the customer through the courier.
