Living an intentionally vibrant life

I live an intentionally vibrant life. I weave my dreams into reality wherever possible. I live in the heartbeat of Brooklyn, surrounded by love and laughter (and chaos) that fuel me. I savor the flavors of my dynamic community, dance to the sounds and stand with my door open welcoming the unexpected that defines and redefines success. Growth is my currency. When faced with challenges, I seek knowledge from every corner, from trusted friends to articles that shed light on navigating uncharted waters. It’s this relentless pursuit of wisdom that propels me forward, ensuring my professional and personal evolution aligns with the dynamic landscape of success I envision. I am blessed to be a black woman navigating this world. I revel in our unique world—a sisterhood filled with realness and humor. Our culture is the backdrop to my approach to life—rooted in kindness, dreams, and a legacy of black women who’ve fearlessly shaped their destinies.
I approach self-care as an art, crafted through the simplicity of a softer pillow, the warmth of a new candle, a leisurely walk to the park, or a heartfelt love note to a friend. Amidst the chaos of motherhood and a demanding career, it’s these small gestures that breathe life into my daily routine. Maintaining a positive mindset amidst life’s challenges is both a struggle and a triumph. As a naturally silly soul, I conscientiously infuse play into every facet of my existence—be it through exercise, a night out, or even indulging in a great book. Resilience, my armor, has been forged through the fires of motherhood, the pandemic, and positions of leadership. I have a network of support, including a business coach, a therapist, my husband, and cherished friends—a village that nurtures my emotional well-being and allows me to move through the world with a powerful base.
Mindfullness and Calm
I am invested in, and excited by the depth and complexity of human connectivity. The excitement for a post-social media backlash fuels my anticipation—a future where screens no longer dictate our lives, but where authenticity and true self-expression reign supreme.
I work towards, manifest and realize a life defined by thriving, impact, and building.
